the breakfast had multiple choices, fine.

The gym was quite basic. The air conditioning only worked near the weights. during a foam party, dye bombs stained our friend's hair orange. we ended up unwell with diarrhoea and vomiting, spending days in the room.

The number of pools allowed for great relaxation. Aqua parks provided many enjoyable activities. I need to thank Mina at the reception. His support was invaluable. Ali from reception also showed great care and attention to our needs.

The food quality seemed low, disappointing. It did not meet the five-star rating I expected. I experienced stomach pains, so this affected my stay negatively.

Our Beautiful Family Room Pool View included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It suited our family well. The room was spacious, bright, and meticulously maintained by housekeeping staff. The beds were also comfortable and big.

The main restaurant had a diverse offering. All dishes were prepared fresh with quality ingredients. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying. There was a great variety of options, and everything was cooked to perfection, we loved this.

The hotel offered very smooth check-in and check-out processes. The staff proved friendly and helpful throughout the facility. Food choices were delicious, and I found a great variety (I especially loved the fresh salads).

I found that the pool side bar menu was very unhealthy. The Wi-Fi was bad. The tiles in the pool area are dangerously slippery (I saw many guests almost falling).

The resort provides many activities. I noted a number of pools. aqua parks are available. Dining options were plentiful. Mina at reception assisted me and showed great hospitality.

The food quality was not ideal , . I felt the hotel did not quite match a five star rating. I also found the taxi service more expensive than services outside the hotel.

The minibar pricing seemed excessive. I found myself paying over €4 for a small can of Heineken. Then, at check-out, I was overcharged for what I consumed, despite having an itemized bill in my room. It totaled less than the final charge. I had to dispute the bill to get it corrected. getting Wi-Fi signal proved a constant challenge. It was only reliable near reception.
